I've been the owner and operator of Lotta Knots Massage since November 2016, and I've been a massage therapist since 2012.
I am a mother of 3 and a Grandmother of 4.
I have made booking online very easy for all clients, with that in mind please understand there is a 12 hour CANCELATION NOTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT. I know things happen and things come up. BUT, that NO SHOW OR LESS THAN A 12 HOUR CANCELLED APPOINTMENT WILL 99.9% NOT be able to be filled. There WILL be a fee, IN THE AMOUNT OF YOUR MISSED APPOINTMENT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RETURN TO ME.
